I am a Certified Mind Body Eating Coach, trained through the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, and a Certified Personal Trainer through ASFA. My journey in the health and wellness field began in my early 20s, when I faced my own struggles with body image. For years, I questioned whether I was “pretty enough” or “small enough” to be accepted.

Through time, growth, and self-discovery, I have learned to love and accept the person I am today. This transformation has shaped my philosophy: true weight and health transformation is not simply about calories in and calories out, it’s about the mind-body connection.

Over the past few decades, I have worked across various weight loss industries, supporting individuals in navigating challenges such as:

Through empowering coaching strategies and sustainable nutrition principles, I guide clients toward a healthier metabolism and a happier relationship with food, and lasting results.

For too long, people have been told conflicting messages about what to eat and how to live. This has left many feeling confused, frustrated, and disconnected from their natural rhythms. I see these challenges not as enemies, but as opportunities for growth and self-discovery.

At the heart of my work is the belief that lasting transformation begins with thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. Nutrition is important, but it is only one piece of the puzzle. By focusing on the mind-body connection, I help clients explore the deeper patterns that shape their eating habits, health, and self-image.
